35 Years of Clinical Authority

Sharon Bautista, RN, is a BSN-prepared clinician whose foundation in critical care began in open-heart surgery at New York Hospital's teaching hospital in the 1990s.
That grounding in critical care delivered in a high-acuity environment extended over three decades into intensive care, operating room nursing, home care, nursing home care, and correctional nursing.
This breadth is not general experience; it is pattern recognition built across the specialties where clinical outcomes are most closely scrutinized. That judgment shapes case strategy from the first review through litigation.
